Dacia Randolph, PhD currently serves as the Coordinator, Program & Organizational Development at UME. In this role, she leads organizational efforts for the professional development series training, and designs, develops, and facilitates training sessions on IRB protocols and Qualtrics for UME faculty and staff.
Dr. Randolph joined UME in February 2023, bringing over two decades of experience in Corporate Human Resources, including 14 years in talent acquisition and 6 years in learning and development. As an HR Consultant with Wells Fargo and LabCorp., she managed full-cycle recruitment for roles in financial services, mortgage, phlebotomy, and the reference laboratory operations, ensuring the selection of top-tier candidates across diverse sectors. At Wells Fargo's HR Service Center, she served as a Learning and Development Consultant, co-designing and delivering training programs that supported team members in navigating payroll, benefits, online learning platforms, and the company’s intranet.
Dr. Randolph earned her PhD in Information Technology in Education with a concentration in Instructional Design from the University of Nevada, Reno. She also holds a PHR/SHRM-CP certification.
