Brandon Enriquez is a labor economist primarily focusing on the causes and consequences of racial inequality. He has published papers in AER: Insights and AEA: Papers and Proceedings. His work examines the effects of trade on racial inequality and the employment effects of tax credits.
Prior to joining the University of Maryland, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research. He obtained his Ph.D. from MIT in 2024, and his B.A. from University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2017.
