Research and Education Centers and their affiliated facilities support research and education efforts across the State. Research and cooperative extension faculty work hand-in-hand to develop new technologies that enhance agricultural profitability and protect our state's natural resources. The goal of these centers is to provide rapid delivery of information to clientele in the region and State through interdisciplinary research and outreach programs.

The Maryland Agricultural Experiment Station (MAES) and the Maryland Cooperative Extension (MCE) are integral partners in the development and delivery of this state resource.
