The University of Maryland has partnered with the Maryland Department of Agriculture to offer an educational pasture walk for horse owners on June 18, 2009 at the University’s Equine Rotational Grazing Demonstration site. The event will be held from 6-9pm at the farm located at 4241 Folly Quarter Rd, Ellicott City, MD. Participants will learn about pasture management, weed identification and control, rotational grazing, and safe fencing and gate options.
