Oregon State University Extension
The site was intended for nutrition educators who are looking for resources and information in the areas of nutrition education for diverse audiences, working with low income audiences and developing easy-to-read materials. There is also a nutrition section which includes short, easy-to-read nutrition information on "topics from the field" - they are topics, questions submitted by Extension paraprofessionals in EFNEP, OFNP and Extension faculty.
