Plan of Organization Discussion

The AGNR Revised Plan of Organization is on line for your review and discussion. There will be a separate discussion for each of the twelve parts of the plan. We will keep the discussion board up until July 1. At that point the Faculty Advisory Council, in consultation with the Staff Advisory Council, will produce a final draft to be voted on in September. The vote in September will be by electronic ballot. Unfortunately, the current plan specifies that the plan is to be approved by a "majority vote of the faculty." We are proposing to change that to "majority vote of the faculty and staff." Until we have a new plan, we have to limit the voting to faculty. However, we encourage staff to participate fully in the discussion about the plan to make sure their views are heard. Download a PDF copy of the Plan of Organization
