Family and Consumer Sciences


The Washington County Family and Consumer Science Extension Educator and staff offer educational programs for individuals and families, community groups and business audiences. Most of these programs have little or no fee.

Good Nutrition = Happy Family

The Family and Consumer Science educator offers educational programs and assistance in the areas of:

*The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) helps limited-income families achieve nutritional well-being.
