Food Supplement Nutrition Education is a grants funded program in conjunction with the University of Maryland Extension. It is offered in most counties in the state of Maryland. This program has a target audience of Low-Income clients. It aims to teach nutrition and resource management so that clients can live a healthier lifestyle.
Currently we are doing programming at five area senior centers, The Family Center, CHANGE Inc, Target Inc and the Arc of Carroll County. Classes offered by Carroll County FSNE at this point:
