Registration

Registration:

Registration fee includes all program sessions, educational materials (including books), breaks, continental breakfasts and lunches. Hotel and transportation are the responsibility of registrants.

Credit card, check, and Military Form 1556 payment options are available for conference registration.

Online registration is preferred. On-line registration ends May 9, 2012. After Wednesday, May 9 you will need to register on-site.

You may also download a pdf form and submit via fax or mail. Hard-copy registration forms must be received on or before May 9, 2012.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests received on or before March 31, 2012 are fully refundable, less a processing fee of $40.00.
No refunds after March 31, 2012.
Substitutions are allowed at any time provided Conferences & Visitor Services is notified in writing to pfspregistration@umd.edu.
All cancellations must be in writing via email to pfspregistration@umd.edu.
