Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests received on or before March 30, 2012 are fully refundable, less a processing fee of $40.00. Refunds will be issued after the seminar.
No refunds after March 30, 2012.
Substitutions are allowed at any time provided Conferences & Visitor Services is notified in writing to pfspregistration@umd.edu.
All cancellations must be in writing via email to pfspregistration@umd.edu.
