| Registration fee of $35.00 includes
Pizza on Friday, all 3 meals on Saturday, and Breakfast and Lunch on Sunday.
A 1-day registration fee of $18.00 is available for those coming to compete
only on Saturday.
This overnight program is to demonstrate your dog knowledge, while having fun, and is for all youth ages 8-18 as of January 1, 2000, who are Maryland 4-H club members. All participants are expected to spend the night at the campgrounds, unless a letter from a parent accompanies the registration form. The building where we will be sleeping has bunk beds; therefore, bring sleeping bags, pillows, flashlights, bathing suits, etc. as these items will not be provided. Shower facilities are available. |
Chaperons:
| Each County must provide one (1) Maryland Cooperative Extension adult chaperon for every ten (10) 4-Hers attending. Chaperons must register using the enclosed registration form. 4-Hers must indicate on their registration form the name of their chaperon. |
| A signed Code of Conduct Form (youth only) or verification of it being on file in the County Office, and a Health Statement (youth & adults) must accompany the registration form. Both of these forms are available from your County 4-H Office. |
What to Bring:
| Personal hygiene items, towels & soap | Appropriate clothes and bathing suit |

| NOTE: Medication must be in
original prescription container with clear directions for administering
by
the medical officer on site. |
