Student Academic Success is, in part, predicated on efficient completion of degree requirements. The following table of materials will provide you access to several resources to assist you in planning your four year program here in AGNR. Included are sample 4-year plans for each major, a 4-year plan template which includes summer sessions and winter terms, the benchmarks which must be met to satisfy progress standards for each major, and a list of relevant courses within each major giving prerequisites and frequency of offering. These materials are in MS Word and may be downloaded to assist both current and prospective students in planning their education and monitoring their progress to a degree.
This information is for use as an advising tool to help prepare an individual four year plan for study. The plan will require periodic modification as a result of the semester in which a student enters a particular major, changes in course sequence or offering times, availability of courses, satisfactory progress, etc. No guarantee is offered or implied by the creation and use of a four-year plan. Development of the specific individual plan and all changes thereafter should be made in consultation with the assigned academic advisor. If you have questions about the development of your 4-year plan or use of the materials provided here, consult with your academic advisor and/or undergraduate program coordinator in your department. Prospective students should contact for information on how best to use these materials in assessing potential majors.
