The College of Agriculture and Natural Resources at the University of Maryland provides easy access to some of the world’s most important agricultural, environmental and health organizationsThe United States Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Research Center and the National Agricultural Library are two miles north of campus. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) are just a short subway ride away. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is collaborating with the university at the Joint Institute for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (JIFSAN).
