Qualifications: Enrolled in an accredited college, pursing a degree in Biology, Zoology, Animal Behavior, Ecology, Environmental Science or a related field. Must be comfortable working with frogs, lizards, fish, rodents, crickets and other terrestrial arthropods. Must receive college credit for completing a minimum of 120 hours of work within the selected term.
Description: Interns assist in caring for reptiles and amphibians in the Aquarium’s exhibits. Duties include cleaning exhibit and back-up tanks, distributing diets, observation, and record keeping.
