Qualifications: Undergrad entering Junior/Senior Year. Working towards degree in Agriculture (preferably Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, Logistics). 3.0 or better GPA. Strong work ethic, prefer agricultural background, solid interpersonal skills, and flexibility in geographic location. Computer skills: email, Microsoft Office.

Description: Winfield Solutions, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Land O’Lakes Inc., is an industry leader in crop protection and farm seed products, providing insights and expertise in this area. Our brands include AgriSolutions™ crop protection products and CROPLAN GENETICS® seed. Position Purpose: Internship will be based out of the WinField Solutions Corporate Headquarters building. The focus of this internship will be project based working on specific projects in the Supply Chain division including, but not limited to process improvement, waste/cost reduction, and inventory management.
