    BONE HEALTH & OSTEOPOROSIS: What It Means To You - You are never too old or too young to improve your bone health. Join us in May, National Osteoporosis Prevention Month, to find out how to decrease your risk. By 2020 half of all Americans over 50 will have weak bones unless they make changes to their diet and lifestyle. This 1 hour workshop, based on the U.S. Surgeon General’s Report will show you how to prevent osteoporosis. Program offered at Frederick County Senior Centers free of charge.
